What is SCAT Fair Wage about?
"Fair wage" approach helps to capture the different aspects of wage-fixing mechanisms and wage trends at enterprise level, such as pay systems; the level of the minimum wage and the average wage and their coverage of minimum living standards; but also wage evolution along inflation, productivity or organisational changes.
